Culter Courier

 

 

The Culter Courier is published and distributed by the Culter Community Council in February, May, August and November. Community Cuncils were set up in Scotland after the Local Government (Scotland) Act in 1973 to act as the "voice" of local communities and to have a say in planning and licensing applications. The role of community councils is described in much more detail at Community Councils.
